Shipping and Return Policies
We ship within the domestic United States only using UPS. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses which are not available through UPS. Orders cannot be shipped COD.
We offer a flat rate ground shipping option for $10 on orders up to $500. Any orders above $500 will ship free to the continental United States. Shipping cost is paid by the customer.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST are shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us right away.
We have a 14-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are
- Shipped after the 14-day grace period
- Not in the original, undamaged packaging
- Damaged in any way
All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.
We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
Sale items are ALL FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed up to 10 days after receipt at our warehouse and will be issued in the same form as the initial payment. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, which allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD.
The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Alina Petra is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Alina Petra does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
